Luwak (Weasel Coffee)
Wild Civets · Central Highlands, Vietnam
$38 – 75
Vietnamese Weasel Coffee is produced by wild civets that selectively eat only the ripest coffee cherries. The fermentation process during digestion transforms the bean chemistry — the result is a smoother, less bitter, more complex cup than any conventionally processed coffee.

French press showcases the full body and oils. Use water at 93°C, steep 4 minutes, press slowly. Drink without milk first — the complexity is the point.
Origin Story
The story behind this cup.
The world is full of "Luwak coffee" that isn't what it claims to be — cage-farmed civets, blended batches, fake certifications. We source only from collectors who track the wild civets that roam the coffee forests of the Central Highlands.
Wild civets choose their cherries carefully — only the ripest, sweetest fruit. The fermentation inside the digestive tract breaks down proteins that cause bitterness, while preserving and transforming the aromatic compounds.
Each batch comes with a certificate of origin and can be traced to specific forest zones. Every 100g tin represents approximately 3–4kg of raw coffee cherries.
